Silver Jewellery Intensive Level 2
This certification class run by the London Jewellery School will take you through various intermediate level silver techniques over 5 days and follows on from our Silver Jewellery Intensive Level 1 (this class is for 5 consecutive days from the start date).
Please note that this Course is an Intermediate/Advanced Level Course and is therefore not suitable for any student who has not previously done the Beginners and Intermediate Silver classes, or has equivalent skills.
The course covers the following subjects:
- Cold Connections
- Fold Forming
- Intermediate Stone Setting (Four Claw, Channel & Tension)
- Wirework and Chainmaking
The class is completely practical and is technique based. Throughout the 5 days you will learn a whole range of technical skills from our expert tutors to well equip you in working in silver jewellery either for a business, for a special project or just for fun.
Each day runs from 10am-5pm and we fit in lots of projects so that you really get value for money out of the course, you will be surprised what you can achieve. This is a very popular class with excellent results so do book early to avoid missing out.
What you need to bring to this class:
For this class you don't need to bring anything but yourself as everything is provided.
As with all of our classes, all materials are included in the cost of the class as well as plenty of tea, coffee and luxury biscuits! The classes are all run by expert tutors with years of professional experience who are friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. The size of the classes is kept small to allow plenty of one-on-one attention and the maximum number of students for this class is 8.
We take an hour break for lunch and there are plenty of local shops to get food from, or you can always bring a packed lunch to eat in the studio. If you have any questions regarding this, or other courses please don't hesitate to get in touch.

Please Note: Our classes are suitable for those aged 16 and over & for health and safety reasons, all students need to wear closed toe shoes when coming to the workshop. If you have any access requirements, please contact us before booking a course. And due to our small class sizes we are unable to offer transfers or refunds on our courses once booked.
