Previous Qualifications & Training: BA (Hons) Jewellery, Silversmithing and Allied Crafts. LOCN Jewellery 1&2, LOCN Prefoundation. BTEC Level 4 Professional Development for Designer Maker (post grad), C&G Basic and Advanced Photography, L.R.P.S., L.S.D.C.
Short courses/ certification in PMC, Art Clay, Stone Setting, Enamelling, Anti-clastic Raising, Wax Carving, Bead Weaving, Polymer Clay.
How I got involved in making jewellery: Beading when I was 16, followed by polymer clay…got addicted!
Things I have done: Run a craft company selling rubber stamps and paper craft supplies.
Things I do now: Make and sell jewellery!
My biggest achievement so far: Getting married!
Things I hope to achieve in the future: Increase my skills, teach abroad (can we open a Paris or New York Jewellery School ;-)?), gain a teaching qualification, have a well known shop sell my jewellery, win a Nobel prize…….
Three words that describe me are: Passionate, creative, vivacious
