How Do I Book a Class?
It's simple there are 3 easy ways to book our classes;
1. Through our online booking system which can be accessed from our website home page. This can be done using
your Paypal account or a credit or debit card.
2. Give us a call and we can take card payments over the phone.
3. Send us a cheque for the full amount of the class, made payable to ‘London Jewellery School’ and addressed to the below: with details of your name and contact details and the class you would like
to attend.

What if I don't Have Paypal?
That’s no problem. We also take credit card payments online or over the phone and we accept cheques by post prior to the class.
I have never made any jewellery before, which classes are suitable for me?
Don’t worry if you have never made any jewellery before. All of our beginners classes are suitable for absolute beginners and we will cover all of the basics. So, look out for beginners classes and if you are unsure just ask us!
What time do the classes start and finish?
Times vary depending on the class but general guidelines are below:
Day Jewellery Courses 10am-5pm
Certification Classes 10am-5pm
Evening Classes 6.30-9pm
Taster Classes 6.30-9pm
If you are unsure of the times of your class please check your confirmation notes or contact us to confirm.

I can't make a class can I go on the next one?
Unfortunately, if you cannot attend your booked class for any reason we cannot transfer you to another class.
Do you offer refunds?
We regret that we cannot offer refunds on any of our courses if you are unable to attend for any reason. However, in the unlikely event that London Jewellery School cancel a class you will be offered a full refund.
I want to learn to make a specific piece of jewellery can I do this?

Where can I buy Jewellery Making Supplies?
There are lots of different places to buy Jewellery making supplies, depending on what jewellery you are making. Some of our favourite stores are listed along with links to lots of jewellery supplies sites on our Suppliers Page >
How many people are there in each class?
Student numbers vary from class to class. Usually there will be a maximum of 8 students per class, to ensure you get plenty of attention from the tutor. However, on some classes the maximum is 7, 6 or even 5. If you would like to know then you can always check with us.
Please Note: for health and safety reasons, all students need to wear closed toe shoes when coming to one of our classes.
