The London Jewellery School are looking for some new talented tutors to join our ever-growing team of professional jewellery teachers.
We are looking for passionate and experienced individuals with strong technical skills particularly in the areas of; intermediate and advanced level silver and metal work, stone setting, technical drawing and design skills, enamelling, metal clay and advanced jewellery techniques.

London Jewellery School is the UK’s largest independent jewellery training centre based in London’s famous jewellery quarter, Hatton Garden. With over 80 classes to choose from, more than 20 world-class jewellery tutors across three fully-equipped jewellery studios.
Our motto is that ‘Everyone can Make Jewellery’ and we aim to make it as accessible as possible for anyone to start and train as a jeweller, either as a profession, hobby or for some creative fun.
Details about the Role:
The role is part-time and freelance, all tutors need to be self-employed and cover their own contributions. Our classes are held in the daytime 10-5pm or evenings 6.30-9pm and tutors are offered classes as and when they come up to fit around our timetable and your availability with other commitments.
The rate of pay is £110.00 per day class and £50 per evening class as well as entitlement to a whole host of LJS tutor benefits. We are looking for talented jewellers and a background in teaching is not completely necessary, for the right candidates we are able to offer support with teaching skills, developing lesson plans and structuring content for classes.

Please Note: Our classes are suitable for those aged 16 and over & for health and safety reasons, all students need to wear closed toe shoes when coming to the workshop. If you have any access requirements, please contact us before booking a course. And due to our small class sizes we are unable to offer transfers or refunds on our courses once booked.
