Cancellation Policy
Refunds
Our jewellery making classes are very popular and places are limited. If for any reason you need to cancel your place on a course, if we are able to find another student to fill your place then will offer you a refund minus a 20% admin charge. However if we cannot find someone to fill your place then no refund can be issued. If you are booked on a course and do not turn up on the day then no refund or transfer will be given.
Class Transfers:
If you cannot attend a class and would like to transfer your booking to another class. You will need to pay the full amount for the current booked class and we can offer you 50% discount on booking the same class again within 3 months of the original class. However, this is not a guarantee as we will run the same workshop within this time frame or that you will get a place on this class.
If we Cancel a Class:
In the unlikely occasion that we need to cancel a course you will be offered a full refund or an alternative date. We will also always give you as much notice as possible but cannot be responsible for pre-booked travel and accommodation arrangements
Statutory Rights:
None of the above affects your statutory rights
Privacy Policy
We at the London Jewellery School respect your privacy and will never share your personal information with any third party, other company or individual unless it is part of our service or unless we are required to by the Law. This is in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
Any information that we collect from you will be voluntary offered (for example through forms and email's). All this data will be treated in confidence and will only be used for the purpose that it is indented
Your email address may be added to our mailing list so that we can use it to send out our newsletters or contact you about special offers, however you can unsubscribe to this at any time.
Any financial details given to us directly or sent via the website will not be stored or collected. All payments online and over the phone are taken either via Paypal or through a secure online booking system. This information is confidential and we will not keep or share these details with anyone.
