Stone setting in silver jewellery – new class options

Which stones are you longing to add to your jewellery? If you’re anything like us you have a collection of stones that you’ve not yet got round to using as well as an eye out for more!

We just  adding gemstones to our jewellery (and we know you do too) so we’ve been working hard to create a brand new class:

1 Day Stone Setting: Shaped Cabochons

Learn how to bezel set pear/teardrop, square and marquise shaped stones including how to design your own bespoke pieces in this intensive one day class.

This is a great follow on from the silver jewellery classes and the 2-Day stone setting class taken by over 4,000 students already at LJS.

And if you would like master the basics of stone setting we have a brand new 4 day stone setting course bundle for you (with a great discount) on three fundamental classes that will allow you to create many stone set designs.

The Stone Setting Bundle I includes the following courses:

  • Stone Setting in Silver (2 days) covering cabochon, flush and tube settings
  • Stone setting: shaped cabochons
  • Collet setting 

By the end of the three courses, you will have made at least 5 stone settings for different types of stone and will have an understanding of how to continue developing your setting skills from home.
