When you start making jewellery one of the most daunting things can be finding the right tools and as you advance there are often times when you suddenly need something extra – this can be doubly frustrating if you don’t have a supplies shop nearby or it is Sunday afternoon and everywhere is closed.

Over the past couple of years London Jewellery School has been trying to help with this. First we launched the pop-up supplies shop in our studios where you can buy equipment and materials from trusted suppliers seven days a week.

Then we teamed up with established tool suppliers Shesto to help with the rebranding of the Jewel Tool range to make it easier for jewellery makers to find suitable equipment.

And now tools from Jewel Tool are available to buy via our website.

At present you can purchase a wide range of pliers and beading tools, plus reamers, awls and hammers, with more tools due to be added very soon. Each tool listing gives you information on what jewellery techniques the tool is suitable for and includes pictures of it in use, to help you be sure you are buying the right thing.
